For a limited time, Astris PME is offering a FREE home service visit to 200 families in South East QLD*. Our skilled service technician will come to your home, clinic, or school to service your assistive technology equipment. This incredible offer, valued at over $450, includes the call-out fee and labour.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The promotional period begins on 19 August 2024 and ends on 30 September 2024, or when 200 approved applications have been reached, whichever comes first.
  • Bookings are essential. Please contact our Service Department at (07) 3556 7133 or service@astris-pme.com.au to schedule your appointment.
  • The service area extends from Cleveland to the Gold Coast and down to Ballina (NSW)*. You must reside within this geographic zone to be eligible for the promotion. Refer to the below map.
  • An application form must be completed. Click here to view the application form.
  • The equipment to be serviced must be the same brand and model (or similar) to the items listed on the Astris PME website.
  • You must upload photos of the equipment you wish us to service.
  • We reserve the right to decline applications if we are unable or unwilling to service your equipment type, if the location is outside the promotion area, or for any other reason at our discretion.
  • We will notify you within 2 business days if your application for a free service has been successful.
  • The free service will be conducted within 60 days after the application is approved. Our Customer Service Team will schedule the appointment.
  • If you require an urgent service or repair, while we are unable to do these free, you can still book them by contacting (07) 3556 7133 or service@astris-pme.com.au to schedule your appointment.
  • If any parts are required, a quote will be provided.
