PRODUCT CONSULTANT ( Location: Seven Hills, NSW)

You will be working within a high performing, collaborative and supportive team environment in a permanent full time position with great opportunities for career development.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Facilitate trials / demos of equipment for those with disabilities.
- Assist with the delivery, adjustment and commissioning of disability equipment, so a 'hand-on' 'can-do' attitude is vital.
- Industry experience (disability sector) advantageous but not essential, however you will need to have a patient, empathetic approach to people.
- You will be interfacing with clients so a neat, professional appearance is essential.
- Ability to track and maintain sales data and reporting.
- Flair for practical projects, and interested in the functional elements of assistive technology equipment.
- Driver’s licence essential.
- Working with Children (WWC) check essential.
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical device products/markets.
- Understanding of (CRM) systems, although this is not essential as full training will be provided..

CUSTOMER SERVICE (SCHEDULING) (Location: Seven Hills, NSW)

- Arrange appointments for trials & deliveries of equipment for those with disabilities.
- Experience with scheduling and appointment settings essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsand ability to work across a multidisciplinary team essential.
- Good organisation and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Must have good understanding of Sydney geography and travel times.
- Full training supplied.
