Walking is a complex movement that relies on more than just stepping forward. Dynamic gait training involves the subtle but important shifts in body position and weight transfer that occur during a more natural walking pattern. In therapy practice, there is growing recognition that effective pelvic positioning, combined with dynamic movement, plays an important role in supporting successful gait training outcomes.

The Pacer is a specialised gait trainer designed to help support this process. It assists with more effective positioning while also allowing the dynamic weight-bearing and weight-shifting needed to encourage a more natural gait pattern and easier stepping.

Highly versatile in design, the Pacer can be configured in a wide variety of ways to suit users with different abilities and needs across a range of environments. Its adaptable setup allows it to support progress over time, helping ensure the equipment can change with the user as their skills and goals develop.

The Pacer can be easily configured to meet individual requirements, with a choice of dynamic or standard upper frames paired with either standard or utility bases. This flexibility makes it a practical and dependable option for therapy, home, school, and community use.
